Hours of operation
To update your hours of operation, follow these steps:
- In the back-end menu, go to Admin › Dealership Settings › Business Hours.
- Set your business hours.
- Click the Save Changes button on the bottom left.
Your time zone is defined by the State you have selected in your dealership address in Dealership Settings.
All messaging automations for contacts are based on this time zone.

If your hours of operation change frequently, feel free to change them as often as necessary.
