Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a quick glance of key factors within your dealership.

The top section consists of four Stat-Meters.

• Sales
  The Sales Stat-Meter displays your increase or decrease in vehicle sales versus the previous two weeks.
  
  
• Aging
  The Aging Stat-Meter displays the average age of inventory.
  
  
• Health
  The Health Stat-Meter displays overall Inventory Health. For an in-depth view, scroll to the bottom right section of your dashboard to Inventory Health.
  
  
• Traffic
  The Traffic Stat-Meter displays your website visitor traffic increase or decreases versus the previous two weeks.
  
  
  

The middle section of the dashboard consists of Recent Leads, Recent Opportunities, and Upcoming Appointments. 

• Recent Leads
  Displays your most recent leads. You can access a lead by clicking on it from your dashboard.
   
• Recent Opportunities
  Displays your most recent opportunities. You can access an opportunity by clicking on it from your dashboard.
  
  
• Upcoming
  Displays the upcoming calendar appointments so you never miss a customer.
  
  
  

The bottom-left section of the dashboard consists of Website Traffic, Sold Vehicles and Leads Traffic.

• Website Traffic
  This chart displays the daily website visitors for the last 30 days.
  
  
• Sold Vehicle
  This chart displays the sold vehicles for the last 30 days.
  
  
• Leads Traffic
  This chart displays the leads received for the last 30 days.
  
  

To the right, you'll find the Inventory Health section.

Inventory Health feature serves as a reminder of which vehicles require additional attention. By hovering over the circle on the right of the health score, you'll see the factors affecting the health of the vehicle. 

Simply click on the vehicle and then Manage Vehicle to go to the vehicle and update the information.
