Tags in Phone System
Tags in the Phone System allow you to manage greets and presets much easier.
By using the "Tags" you will remove the worries from certain parameters that may change in the future.
Here are the available Tags:

[FRIENDLYNAME] |
The friendly name associated with the extension. |

[BUSINESSNAME] |
The business name. |
|
[EXTNUM] |
The extension number. |
|
[FULLADDRESS] |
The full address of the business. |
To add any of these tags you need to go to Admin > Phone and from there click on Settings.
In Settings, you will see the Preset for the Text Us feature on the website and for the Auto Response, and there you can add the Tags you choose.
