Craigslist Poster Overview

You can easily advertise your vehicles on Craigslist by going to Marketing  ›  Craigslist Poster.

Below is a quick overview of the Craigslist Manager page.

• The Queue button in the top right of the page will display all the vehicles that have been published to Craigslist either via campaigns or manually.
  If the vehicle has been already posted it will show a green checkmark if it's still pending it will show an orange circle.

The Tools button in the top right of the page will give you additional Craigslist Manager tools, clicking it will display the following options:

• Rewrite Subject Tool enables you to customize the Craigslist Subject lines with tags.
  
  You can also insert custom content or even Emojis into the subject lines along with the tags. When completed, click the Rewrite All Subjects button and all your vehicles in the Craigslist Manager will be updated.

The "Craigslist Rewrite Subject Tool" allows dealers to rewrite the subject of future posts using special tags, which later will turn to an actual property-related within the existing vehicle.

The following tags are the only active tags existing on the Craigslist Rewrite Subject Tool:

• The Sync prices toll will sync all the prices of ALL vehicles in the Craigslist Manager to reflect the prices you have the vehicles saved as in your inventory manager.
• The Sync prices can be set up to sync any price updates on your live Craigslist ads. It will affect only the price that is the Price section on Craigslist, it doesn't matter if it's a Full Price or a Monthly Payment. If you have any additional prices through the ad, it will not be updated.
• Automated post deletion can be enabled from the Optimizer as well. When the vehicle is moved to Sold in our system, in a couple of minutes all live ads of that vehicle will be removed from Craigslist. After being removed, we cannot bring the ads back, you will need to post them again.
• You can post ads via a campaign or manually with Zero($0) price simply by selecting it in the Optimizer under Prices. For this feature to work you need to disable the sync with the Inventory manager, and if you have some prices on the vehicles, you need to manually sync the prices. You can do that by clicking on Tools and Sync prices. By doing this you will overwrite any price you had and it will be shown as Zero ($0).

The vehicle inventory columns will give you a glance of what's really important:

• VHS Vehicle health score. You can see what information is missing for that specific vehicle. 

• Age The age in days low long the vehicle has been on your lot.

• Posts How many times you have posted this vehicle via Goxee Craigslist Poster (Total from day one until now)

• CLLP How many days has it been since this vehicle was last posted on Craigslist.

• Subject Title or Subject on Craigslist, unique Goxee only feature optimizing search by Goxee Dealer tags in the rewrite

• Price Price of the vehicle advertised on Craigslist (Not necessarily the price in the inventory manager) Changing the price here does NOT affect the price you have listed on your website and in the inventory manager.

• Active If Active is marked as checked, this vehicle will be included in the Campaigns and in the MultiVehicle Booster

• Timeline  How many views the vehicle posting had, how many leads it generated how many times it was posted on Craigslist. 

• Manage By clicking on Manage you will see all the posts you had on Craigslist for this vehicle, and you can manage them, which means that if you posted the vehicle and you forgot to add some information or marketing info or you want to remove something, you can do it by clicking on Manage posts and it will take you to Craigslist where you can change or update any information.

• Queue How many ads are waiting to be posted on Craigslist and/or how many are scheduled to be posted today.

The purple and green chart below shows your accounts entire activity with Craigslist and how many posts you published per day.

Goxee Credit

• In order to use the Goxee Craigslist Poster, you must purchase credits from Goxee Dealer. WIth one Credit you can post one ad, just like with Craigslists posts, excapt that this is for our Optimization and for automation One Credit equals One post to Craigslist through Goxee Dealer (Automated or Manual). If you run out of Goxee Credits or you want to buy more you can do it from there, and the credit card you have on the system selected as the Default Credit Card will be charged.

Craigslist Posts

• Craigslist charges you $5 for one add, with us you can buy Craigslist posts in bulk, with minimum being 50 Craigslist posts that you can use at any given time. If you run out of Craigslist posts or you want to buy more you can do that from there, and the credit card you have on the system selected as the Default Credit Card will be charged.

Craigslist Manager Terms of Use

• All posts which will be sent by Goxee Dealer will appear in Craigslist.org after a few minutes.
• All posts are subject to the terms of use of Craigslist.org.
• All posts that will be flagged by Craigslist themselves can't be refunded or restored.
• All posts will be posted via Craigslist non-account.
• The customer is responsible to update the payment method in case the credit card is declined.
• Any scheduler monthly budget must start from 150 USD.

This service will appear under specific accounts which participate in Goxee Dealer special programs. Here we will note important information which will be updated from time to time, in order to keep dealers information and Goxee Dealer Craigslist Manager privacy policy and terms of use as updated as possible.
