A very powerful feature to guarantee accurate tracking of where your leads are coming from. Here's a quick video:


Example: 

A customer comes from autotrader.com and submits a form, text messages you through the site or calls the website phone number. 

If this is not set up, this lead will show as if it came from your website. 

Now, if you take the URL link below for Autotrader.com (Must have a phone number in the phone system assigned to the Autotrader.com channel) and contact Autotrader to ensure they add that link as your website URL, every time a customer clicks that link - your website will not display the Autotrader.com tracking number throughout your website. So if the customer contacts you, you'll know that lead came directly from Autotrader.com
