How to Activate or Upgrade Phone system
In the back-end menu, go to Marketing › Integrations.
To activate your Phone click on Activate or if you already have Phone SMS Starter, Basic or Advanced instead of button Activate, you will have the option to select Upgrade.
Select your monthly subscription plan and click Subscribe. You will have 4 plans to choose from:
- Phone SMS Starter - 1 local number, track, and lookup all text messages, including 1,000 text messages.
- Phone Basic - Up to 5 local numbers, track, record, and lookup all calls or text messages, including unlimited voicemail, 500 minutes and 1,000 text messages.
- Phone Advanced - Up to 10 toll-free or local numbers, track, record, and lookup all calls or text messages, including unlimited voicemail, 1,000 minutes and 1,000 text messages.
- Phone Local Unlimited - Up to 10 local numbers, track, record, and lookup all calls or text messages, including unlimited voicemail, unlimited minutes and text messages.
