How to deactivate/activate a phone line?

If you want to deactivate or activate the virtual number go to Admin> Phone

Under Actions on the second spot you have a circle icon


If it's blue, that means it's active and you just need to click on it to deactivate it, if it's gray that means it's inactive and you just need to click on it to activate it 

In both cases, a window will pop up asking if you are sure you want to activate or deactivate the line.
