Templates
Templates are designed for messages you send often to leads or customers. Instead of typing the same message every time, you can create a template with a keyword.
When you type that keyword in Messenger, the saved message will appear automatically.
Tags available in Templates are:
| [BUSINESSNAME] | The business name as shown in Dealership Settings. |
| [FIRSTNAME] | The first name of the lead. |
| [VEHICLE] | The main vehicle of interest. |
| [REVIEWURL] | The URL which allows the client to leave a review. |
| [VEHICLEURL] | The vehicle interest URL. |
| [INVENTORYURL] | The dealership inventory URL. |
