Craigslist Billing Issues

If your bank or credit card has been declined by Craigslist, that means your ads are not being published. 

It can happen for a couple of reasons. If there are insufficient funds on the card, if there is some incorrect information added when the card was added or updated on the system, and if your bank flags the transactions for suspicious activity in that case please give them a call at your convenience and let them know that the transactions are approved.

Once you clear it up with your bank, CC company, or update the card, go to your back end; Billing > Billing Information > Click on card > Re-submit
