Inventory Manager

By going to Inventory > Inventory Manager you can access your entire inventory.

On the left side, you can see your vehicles. 

The 1st column on the right is VHS (Vehicle Health Score) which will let you know if there is any information missing from the vehicle you added. If you hover over the circle it will let you know at what percentage is vehicle when it comes to populated information and which information is missing. 

The 2nd column is Age where you can see how long has the vehicle been in your inventory.

The 3rd column is Views where you can see how many views each vehicle had on the website.

The 4th column is the Status and you have 5 different options: 

• Available
  The vehicle is available and will be displayed throughout your site without restriction.
  
  
• Pending
  The vehicle will display a Pending banner across the image. This is a vehicle that is not available for sale at the moment but might be in the future.
  
  
• Coming Soon
  The vehicle will display a Coming Soon banner across the image.
  
  
• Unpublished
  Unpublished vehicles will not display on your website and are removed from inventory and placed into the 'Unpublished' section in the 'Inventory' section on your back-end. 
  
  
• Sold
  Sold vehicles will not display on your website and are removed from inventory and placed into the 'Sold' section in the 'Inventory' section on your back-end.

The 5th column is Feature, where by marking to box you can pick if you want to show the vehicle on the Home Page or not.

The 6th column is Price, where you can add the price of your vehicle.

The 7th column is Special Price, where you can add a discounted price of the vehicle if you have one and by marking the box next to it you can pick if you want to show it on the website or not.

The 8th column is PDA which is connected to Automations, specifically to Price-Drop Automation. It shows how many people that were interested in that vehicle can the system retarget with the drop price message.
The 9th column is Actions under which you have options to Share  the vehicle to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube or get the HTML link of the vehicle. You can Print forms and Remove  the vehicle completely from the system.


In the top left corner, you have the option to Add Multiple Vehicles.

If you want to Sort vehicles, you can by clicking on Year, Make, Model, Trim, VIN, Mileage, VHS, Age, VIews, Feature, Price, and Special, depending on which option you want to sort vehicles by.
