About the role:
Goxee Dealer Software is hiring Appointment Setters to help us connect with car dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. This is an in-office, phone-based role.

You’ll call prospective customers, introduce Goxee, create interest, and book software demos for our sales team.

You are not expected to close deals.
You are not expected to run demos.
You are not expected to negotiate pricing.

Your job is to start the conversation, explain the value clearly, and schedule qualified prospects for the next step.If you’ve worked in a call center, customer service, appointment setting, receptionist role, or any phone-based position, this could be a strong fit.
What you’ll do:
  • Make outbound calls using our CRM
  • Speak with business owners and managers in clear English
  • Give a short, simple introduction to Goxee
  • Book qualified prospects for software demos
You’re a good fit if:
  • Your English is clear, fluent, and easy to understand
  • You’re comfortable speaking on the phone
  • You can hold a natural, confident conversation
  • You’re reliable and show up on time
  • You’re able to work in-office in El Poblado
No software sales experience is required. We provide full training.
Salary and benefits:
  • Base Pay of $1,000 USD per month, approximately COP $3,700,000 depending on exchange rate
  • 50% commissions on top of base for your bookings that convert ($300–$1,600 USD per deal)
  • Guaranteed pay during training
