About the role:
This is a customer-facing software role. As a Product Specialist, you will help dealerships understand, use, and get value from the Goxee platform by answering questions, guiding them through the software, troubleshooting issues, and making sure customers feel supported.
This is not a outbound sales job. You are not cold calling all day. You are helping real customers use real software.
A background in tech support, software support, help desk, SaaS, or customer service for a technology company is ideal. If you are good at explaining things clearly, staying calm with customers, and learning software fast, this could be a strong fit.
What you'll do:
Help dealerships understand and use the Goxee platform with confidence
Become deeply familiar with the Goxee platform so you can answer customer questions clearly and confidently
Handle customer questions by phone and email, and guide them to the right next step
You’re a good fit if:
Your English is clear, fluent, and confident
You have experience in tech support, software support, help desk, SaaS support, or customer service
You are reliable, show up on time are are able to work in-office in El Poblado
