About the role:
We’re expanding our Medellín sales team to support car dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.
You’ll speak directly with dealership owners and decision-makers, run structured sales conversations, and close real business for a platform trusted by dealerships across North America since 2012. This is a base salary role with structured, performance-based commission upside.

You’re a good fit if:
Your English is clear and fluent and confident on the phone
Have 2 years of sales experience in english
You want stable income with clear performance upside
You’re ablt to work in-office in El Poblado
What you get:

$5,500,000 COP guaranteed base salary
$500–$1,200 USD per deal (unlimited commissions)
