About the role:
We’re expanding our Medellín sales team to support car dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.
You’ll speak directly with dealership owners and decision-makers, run structured sales conversations, and close real business for a platform trusted by dealerships across North America since 2012. This is a base salary role with structured, performance-based commission upside.

Your Day-to-Day:
Call and follow up with U.S. dealerships
Run structured sales conversations and demos
Close new accounts consistently
Keep your pipeline organized and moving
You’re a good fit if:
Your English is clear and fluent
You’re confident on the phone
You want stable income with clear performance upside
You’re comfortable working in-office in El Poblado
What you get:
$1,000 to $1,500 USD guaranteed base salary (based on experience)
$400–$1,200 per deal (uncapped commissions)
Most reps earn $1,800–$3,000 within their first 60 days
Top performers consistently earn $4,000+ per month.
