About the role:
Goxee Dealer Software is hiring Sales Development Representatives to help grow our customer base across the U.S. and Canada.
This is a real sales role with training, structure, and support.
You’ll reach out to prospective customers, create interest, book demos, run software presentations, close new customers, and help them get started with Goxee.
You are not just making calls. You are helping move prospects through the full sales process.
This role is best for someone who is confident on the phone, wants to grow in sales, and is motivated by performance-based income.
What you’ll do:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the U.S. and Canada
Qualify interest and identify good-fit opportunities
Run software demos and explain how Goxee works
Close new customers and guide them through the next step
Onboard new customers after they sign up
You’re a good fit if:
Your English is clear, fluent, and professional
You’re confident speaking with business owners and managers
You have sales, appointment setting, call center, or customer service experience
You’re motivated by commissions and growth
You’re able to work in-office in El Poblado
You do not need years of SaaS experience. We will train you on the product, market, scripts, demo process, and closing process.
Salary and benefits:
Base Pay of $1,000 USD per month, approximately COP $3,700,000 depending on exchange rate
+ 50% commission split on every deal you close ($300–$1,600 USD per deal)
